Suffolk
Suffolk is located in East Anglia in eastern England, bordering the countys Norfolk , Cambridgeshire and Essex. The capital city of East Anglia county is Ipswich which is located south of the county. Suffolk has about 700,000 inhabitants, of which a disproportionately large part are at retirement age. The proportion of 15 to 29 year olds, however, is relatively low reflecting the lack of large cities and thus higher education is returned.
